(both with and without a clear coat) may show flaws and imperfections that exist in the metal. This may include scratches, flecks, gouges, burns, rings, dark spots, etc. This can give the metal a unique, rustic, or rugged appearance that very trendy in the “Modern Farmhouse Décor”. If you would like these characteristics covered, we recommend selecting a colored powder coat finish. Raw Metal also varies in color from light silver to black depending on the mill lot. We have no control over the color of raw metal.

IMPORTANT REGARDING CANDY AND TRANSPARENT COLORS:
Candy colors and transparent colors are fully transparent. Any flaws that exist in the metal underneath the color will show through the color and be visible. This includes scratches, blemishes, cut marks, burns from the cutting process, etc.

NOTE: Translucent and Clear Coat Over Metal: These colors are see through and will show any blemishes in the metal and over time could show some undercoat rust and imperfections.

Item is as described and the finish is very nice. However the metal is a little thin for my needs as it was bent in the middle. I was able to bend back straight but I felt like it was going to break. The 14 gauge metal is thinner than what I originally thought but we will see how long it lasts in an outdoor setting. For the price of the item it should be ok for a bit. Excellent shipping time it arrived way sooner than I thought.
